PHILLY'S MAGIC GARDENS + KOREAN BBQ
Over spring break, I took a day trip to Philly. I visited The Magic Gardens and it was literally one of the most awing human-made spaces I've ever been to. Essentially the Magic Gardens is a mosaic labyrinth created by artist Isaiah Zagar. It took over 14 years to complete, spans half a block and is 3,000 square feet. There is everything from bike wheels, glass bottles, plates, doll parts, erotic hand painted tiles, and phrases embedded in the walls, floors, and steps. I took over 200 pictures. Here's just a glimpse:

"Delicately poised between excessive vitality and destruction."
Gabby found someones note that was stuffed into the wall. "We took a tile, please forgive us."
After roaming around the Magic Garden for over an hour, we headed to Chinatown for some Korean BBQ
Potato wrapped shrimp
Seafood scallion pancake
Short rib bento box
Perfectly tender
The aftermath
Complimentary! It tasted like a liquified creamsicle.
