Jasmin's

One of my favorite places to eat in Panajachel is Jasmin's Deli. It has one of the most varied menus.
They have everything from hummus, burritos, burgers, pasta, pizza, and lots of vegetarian options
They make the best pitaya licuado! It has a very unique, light, and refreshing taste. (Pitaya = dragon fruit)
The restaurant itself has so much natural beauty. You're surrounded by pretty flowers and trees.
Cheese burger with Mexican potatoes. The bun is actually an English muffin that they make from scratch.
Orange tree.

Bits and Pieces - Guatemala

I've been in Guatemala for over a week now for a summer intensive ethnographic field school.
This was taken yesterday before class in San Andrés Semetabaj.
 Lago de Atitlán
Can you spot the hummingbird? vvv
Did you see the hummingbird?! ^^ They were flying all over while I was eating lunch in La Reserva Natural.
Walking to Panajachel.
My professors and classmates surprised me on my birthday.
Blowing out the candles!
Opening presents. My homestay family also made me presents for my birthday!
