One of my favorite places to eat in Panajachel is Jasmin's Deli. It has one of the most varied menus.
They have everything from hummus, burritos, burgers, pasta, pizza, and lots of vegetarian options
They make the best pitaya licuado! It has a very unique, light, and refreshing taste. (Pitaya = dragon fruit)
The restaurant itself has so much natural beauty. You're surrounded by pretty flowers and trees.
Cheese burger with Mexican potatoes. The bun is actually an English muffin that they make from scratch.
